ABCard: Help on Convert List Format
A simple convertable mailing list is a text file in your file store containing a simple list of e-mail addresses, for example:

C:\MailLists\friends.txt
------------------------------------
mjones@herdomain.com
jsmith@hisdomain.com
e-mail 3
e-mail 4
...
e-mail N
------------------------------------

Since such a list contains no name associated with each e-mail address and ABCard insists to send to named individuals you need to convert this list to ABCard format.

To assist you in this task, the following procedure will add a "generic name of your choice" to every e-mail, converting the list to a usable ABCard format.

Save the converted list to your hard drive as a text (.txt) file, it is ready to be used. You can if you wish change the generic name for the real ones using any word processor of your choice.
